7 days refund policy and genuine products

  1. TW-Select offers all members an unconditional 7-day refund policy. You must contact TW-Select via email (marketing@seabizs.com) or Line (@tw-select) within 7 days of receiving the item and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a full refund. Amount subject to the following terms and conditions.
  • a) You must first notify us via email/line. before sending the item back to us for a refund.
  • b) Products must be in their original packaging upon return.
  • c) Please provide the required information. (When contacting us) to return the item to us to identify your product and purchase.
  • d) Returned items are not special items. (special order products) or special design products
  • e) Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned product.
  • f) We will pay for the product back to you. (Does not include international shipping, if applicable)
  • g) International Shipping Fees (If it's a free shipping item) will be deducted from the total amount of the returned item.
  • h) If refunds and reimbursements are made to the customer. We will process the refund in the form of cash through your account.

Returns, exchanges, refunds and possession of goods

  1. Orders will be automatically canceled within 24 hours after you place your order. as long as the product has not been delivered And no order cancellation or change of order after 24 hours is not allowed.
  2. Buyers seeking TW-Select's approval to return or exchange must submit clear proof of the defective product. The cost of returning the product will depend on the reason for the return (e.g. requesting a return due to a change of mind).
  3. TW-Select does not take possession of the returned item until it has arrived at the TW-Select corporate office. In such event, TW-Select does not take possession of the returned product. For more information on returns and refunds, Please check our return policy.
